ConITS supports the LaRC's IT Security Manager in the areas of IT security management; system compliance and vulnerability reduction; perimeter protection; incident response; intrusion detection and monitoring; IT security outreach; IT security helpdesk; and ITS planning. In this role, we collaborate with Center organizations, the OCIO, other Langley Research Center contractors, and other NASA Centers.

Recently, we supported the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities, including System Security Plan (SSP) definition and review, HW/system risk analysis and classification, and support of Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) development.
